A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the end of the guided day.

 

We accept payment by credit card, check, or cash.

 

 

 

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to trip date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to trip date will receive a 50% refund of deposit.

 

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 3 days of trip date. However, you may reschedule your trip for any availability within the next 12 months with no penalty.

 

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule a trip due to circumstances beyond our control (such as acts of nature or government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not responsible for any additional costs such as non-refundable airline tickets or other travel arrangements booked in conjunction with your trip. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
